Return / Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You will have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging/box.

Your item will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase included.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable):

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; i.e. damage during shipping, misuse or abuse of the product by purchaser.
  2. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will quickly process and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). We may have to contact you for your credit card information, since we do not keep that information on file; as a part of our Privacy Policy.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will do our best to give you an approximate time for your refund to occur.

Late or missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the approximated time, you may want to:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company, as each companies’ policies are different and it may take a short amount of additional time for it to be officially posted.
  3. Personally contact your bank, because once again, there is often some additional processing time before a refund is posted.If you have done all this and sufficient time has elapsed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately; either by email or phone.

We are happy to replace items that arrive to you defective or damaged (unless as stated above, if item has been misused or abused). If you would like to exchange an item purchased, for the same item being returned due to defect, please contact us via email and be sure to provide us with a good working contact phone number, so we may call you back to discuss details and arrange the exchange.

You will have the same 30-day period to make an Exchange (the same as for a Return).

In the case of a Return, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you are receiving a Refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Refund.

If you are receiving an Exchange, there will be no cost to you for shipping. NOTE: We feel this is only fair, since the defect was due to nothing you did.

DAMAGE IN SHIPPING: If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. You may also need to contact the shipper, but please contact us first.

If you are shipping items with a value over $75.00, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase insurance. We are unable to guarantee we will receive your returned item.
